I highly recommend Heapost! I had a postbox with them for a whole year because I was always traveling and never stayed in one place for long. My letters were always reliably scanned and then uploaded to their website as PDFs. I also always received an email or WhatsApp message as soon as I received a new letter, so I didn't miss anything.
If I'm in Australia for an extended period again, I'll rent a postbox from Heapost again!

Impeccable service! The mailbox manager is very professional, always attentive, and extremely responsive. He always keeps me informed as soon as I receive mail, which is really reassuring when you're abroad. I highly recommend him to all French people going to Australia: you can trust him with your eyes closed!
